Order Processing & Billing:

Billing address must match the address associated with the credit card. No shipping to a P.O. Box.
Orders placed on the website begin being process as soon as they are placed.
The conformation email that you receive upon placing an order is conformation that your order has been placed and is in our system and is being processed.

Order Cancelations and Returns:

 Orders can be canceled anytime before your credit card is billed but will incur a 3% fee after it is billed . Great Lakes Ammunition will process all order cancelation credit request 1 business day after the request. You can expect your credit to post 3-5 business days later depending on your banks processing time. If for any reason your order has to be cancelled by Great Lakes Ammunition, a credit will be issued upon notification of the order canceliation and you can expect your credit to post 3-5 business days later depending on your banks processing time.
